Why Vitium
A Bucharest burger house with a point of view.
We wanted food that felt immediate but considered: crisp edges, soft brioche, enough acidity, the right amount of mess. Familiar ingredients, edited until every layer earns its place.
The city
Made for the pace of Bucharest.
Vitium belongs to quick lunches, late arrivals, parked cars and plans that continue after dinner. The house is polished, but never precious. Come as you are and leave with sauce on your hands.
The food
Smashed hard. Built with purpose.
The sear brings the flavour. Brioche keeps it soft. Pickles and sauce bring the cut. Fries complete the order. We keep the process direct so the result can speak for itself.
